Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil/infrastructure construction activities on-site.
Assist Project Manager in preparing work schedules, material requisitions, and manpower planning.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or coordination issues.
Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and update project documentation.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input where necessary.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil/infrastructure construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and project management.
Familiar with local codes, regulations, and project documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
