To be able to co-ordinate and produce drawings with autocad system
To attend site showrounds, provide tender costings and quotations as and when required
To supervise, co-ordinate and assist your team of workers / sub-contractors to ensure smooth operations.
To attend project meetings, site safety meetings, co-ordination meetings etc., as and when required by the
project/projects.
To control and monitor all materials, claims and costs of the project/projects.
To work independently in the day to day operation of the projects and tasks assigned.
You are required to swiftly familiarize with all requirements of any task assigned.
To have close liaison and harmonious working relationship with all the colleagues and sub-contractors for the necessary smooth operation of the Company's business.
To assist and co-operate with other staff in office works including updating of data's and records, drawings etc. for ISO compliance.
You are to report to the Project Manager and Management on all the project matters.
To carry out any other related duties which may be later assigned to you by the management.
