Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop design and technical specifications for projects Prepare tender documents for bidding and submissions to authorities (Risk assessments, Method statements etc.) Follow up on tender submissions with end client Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
Job Requirements:
Degree in either Civil Engineering or Interior Design recognised by BCA * At least 4 years of working experience in related field
