Job Description

1. Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, work scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants or owners to resolve technical issues prior to construction.


2. Prepare work schedules and program and execute the works according to the detailed program.


3. Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings and quality procedures.


4. Ensure that good housekeeping practises are observe throughout the project.


5. Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged, managing wastage within specified tolerance and avoid to do rework or abortive work which will time and cost impact.


6. Preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings


7. Work closely with client/consultant to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / MEP or equivalent Minimum 5 years works experience in structural works, A&A works or ID fit out works * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
