Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing construction team!





In this role, you'll be the bridge between design and site execution, ensuring our landed property projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Support the Project Director in planning and executing high-end landed property projects Monitor site activities to ensure work meets design specifications, quality standards and safety requirements Review project plans, drawings and technical documentation for accurate implementation Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges on-site Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules and documentation for smooth delivery Ensure timely procurement and availability of premium materials and equipment Identify potential risks and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track and maintaining smooth workflow

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer or similar in construction projects, preferably with exposure to landed property developments Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials and equipment Proactive, detail-oriented and well-organized Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
