Liaising, negotiating and managing sub-suppliers/sub-contractors in Singapore and in the region with respect to procurements and in-situ execution of sales Contracts or projects.


Coordinating and communicating with agents/distributors or end-user customers, in-house process design and production teams as well as local and regional suppliers for the production of deliverables as per contractual specifications and schedules.


Identifying sources of supplies of parts and components and materials and negotiating procurement pricing and terms and conditions with local and regional suppliers.


Determining and monitoring procurement and production progress and schedules. Projecting and monitoring cash flow requirements for procurement and production process for the execution of any sales contracts assigned to you and your teams.


Compiling process designs, technical specifications and drawings etc required for technical reviews and approvals of our agents/distributors or end-user customers upon receipt of sales contracts.


Corresponding regularly with our agents/distributors or end-user customers to update our production status, discuss and determine changes in designs or specifications. Determining and spearheading factory-acceptance-test process and shipment scheduling and logistic requirements, in-situ testing and commissioning scheduling and arrangements, post-sale trouble-shooting process and technical support etc.


Compiling and handing over operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals to our agents/distributors and end-user customers.

Competence Required:

Diploma holders/university graduates in environmental, industrial, mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering disciplines.


Minimum 5 years' experiences in industrial/equipment production or engineering project coordination/management would be advantageous.


Experience in PUB projects.


Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills (proficiency in oral and written English essential).


Willingness to travel to some regional countries every occasionally for troubleshooting or testing and commissioning duties at clients' project sites.


* Experience in commissioning of UF, RO, Demin system preferred.
