Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and Scheduling:

Prepare and Develop project plans and drawings, timelines and resource allocation; Prepare all RA, MOS, SWP drawings for the client to review;

Technical :

Perform site inspection with RE & RTO whenever necessary to ensure that the works are carried out to
ensure the project adheres to engineering standards, specifications, and regulations;

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineers to ensure
smooth project execution;


Supervise Construction works and assist Project Managers/Director and QS in preparation of Progress
Claims;

Budget and Resource Management:

Monitor project costs, manages resources effectively and ensures the project stays within budget;

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures and ensuring the project meets the required quality standards;

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle;

Reporting:

Prepare and present daily and monthly project status reports to stakeholders;

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant safety regulations and standards;

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural and/or Geotechnical Engineering recognized by the PE Board; Have IES Accreditation is a plus; Minimum 3 years of experience in project management/engineering of civil, structural engineering or pipeline projects; Proficient in AutoCAD; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
