Candidate must possess degree in Mechanical Engineering, willing to learn, long term commitment in job Minimum 2-6 years of experience in project planning & scheduling, able to handle projects. Establish responsibilities and accountabilities of the team. Able to manage a team of workers, supervise, overseeing the planning and execution of the project. Lead the end-to-end management of M&E projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met in accordance with contract and company standards. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget Ensure effective coordination and management of engineering, construction, and commissioning Monitor and control project progress, implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track. Determine labour requirements and material resources for the project, ensure to meet targeted deadlines. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in ACMV systems or other machines electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills. Installs air conditioner systems with safety, testing and commissioning to the client's requirements Diagnoses for technical issues and provide on-site consultation for customers With aircon servicing, mechanical fan servicing, chemical wash of FCU, AHU and troubleshooting faults. Must be able to read technical manuals and drawings & basic knowledge on mechanical, electrical and building system, including using of hand and electrical tools Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces Implement quality control to all project deliverables, industry standards and client's requirements Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications Good communication and problem-solving skills Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday when necessary. Possess a valid class 3 license will be an advantage * Others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
