Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To conduct and carry out TBM and allocate the task to supervisors and team. Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly construction report. To monitor the site progress and highlight obstructions to carry out works. Ensure site team perform all the activities in safe and effective manner. Assist in technical studies and prepare for monthly progress claim. Assist in project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, plan schedule and sequencing project elements. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. Prepares project progress reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains project data base, entering and backing up data. Prepare the site progress photos for progress.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years experience in Residential Construction industry.
