DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate quotation based on the internal costing from various departments. Peform consolidation of sales costing and forecast. Collaborate with respective departments to ensure the project timeline and budget adhere and design requirements are specified and delivered. Attend to any pre-sales visit and liaise with customers for any technical discussion. To manage and ensure project costs are within budget, pre-BOM and post-BOM consolidation. Plan and monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve problems Update project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and recommending actions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry) Able to effectively interact with a variety of personnel at all organisational level and customers. Committed and self-motivated, a life-learner and good team player, able to work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment Analytical minded with strong organisational skills and acute time management skills.
