Job Responsibilities

Reports to Project Manager. Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs. Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors. Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule. Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.

Requirements

Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred. At least 6 years' experience in building or civil engineering project for senior role. Minimum 2 complete cycle (piling to roof) for HDB projects. Experience in architectural works will be an advantage. Technical competence. Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage. Positive attitude and good team player. * Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
