What you'll be doing?

Promote innovative systems: Propose and promote company's productive systems to builders, showcasing their benefits and applications. Technical expertise: Prepare structural calculations, detailed shop drawings, and coordination drawings to support project implementation. Site coordination: Collaborate with builders and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of stiffeners and other materials to the construction site. Project analysis: Review and analyze project requirements and design specifications to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards. Progress monitoring: Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables, maintaining efficient project management. On-site measurements: Perform accurate site measurements and verify quantities against plotted drawings for precision in project execution. Quality assurance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards throughout the construction process. Stakeholder communication: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly and effectively.

Who are they looking for?

Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, providing a strong foundation in structural and civil engineering principles. Industry experience: At least 2 years of local experience in supervising structural and civil works with a main contractor or structural consultant firm. Leadership qualities: Possess strong leadership skills, demonstrating dynamism and reliability in project management and team coordination. * Technical proficiency: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and Stadpro is essential for creating and analyzing structural designs and drawings.
