Job Description

1. Project Planning and Coordination

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.





Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.





Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth progress.





Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, drawings, records).

2. Technical Support

Provide engineering solutions and technical support during design and construction.





Review and approve technical submittals, materials, and shop drawings.





Ensure all works comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.

3. Site Supervision

Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper execution of works.





Conduct inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.





Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper implementation of instructions.

4. Quality and Safety

Implement quality control procedures and ensure testing requirements are met.





Support site safety initiatives and ensure safe work practices.





Report and resolve non-conformities or safety issues.

5. Progress and Reporting

Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.





Assist the Project Manager in identifying potential delays and corrective actions.





Support in preparing as-built drawings, final documentation, and handover.

6. Communication and Liaison

Act as a link between clients, consultants, and internal teams.





Attend coordination meetings and present progress updates.





Ensure clear communication of project goals and requirements to all parties.
