Responsibilities

Develop and prepare project planning schedules and deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project milestones. Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, sub-contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure project timeline smooth project execution. Engage with utility agencies to manage advance diversion works and secure necessary clearances for construction activities. Coordinate ERSS design with consultants; supervise on-site ERSS works, including pipe laying and pipe jacking operations. Monitor instrumentation readings. Report findings to Professional Engineer (PE) in a timely manner. Prepare weekly/ monthly instrumentation reports to relevant authorities. Prepare and maintain accurate daily jacking records and progress reports, inspection reports to track on-site activities and support project documentation. Provide technical and engineering support in the tendering process for new projects, including reviewing specifications and offering value-engineering solutions. Perform design calculations and assist in reviewing project budgets to ensure design feasibility and cost effectiveness. Prepare shop drawings for submission.

Requirements:

Possess a degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board. Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction sites involved in Civil Engineering, pipe laying and pipe jacking works (sewer manhole). Experience with AutoCad. Possess Class 3 driving licence. Able to work independently.
