Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules and progress. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors on-site to resolve project issues. Review drawings for discrepancies before execution. Prepare progress reports and support payment claims. Verify subcontractor claims and ensure project documentation compliance. Prepare safety documents such as risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures. Arrange equipment testing and maintain project records per ISO standards.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering. Own transport required. Knowledge of WSH Safety Regulations or certified Safety Coordinator. Experience in construction industry preferred.
