Responsibilities :

Responsible for Instrumentation daily activities that include Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance, equipment checklist verification. Experience in Troubleshooting, Maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as flow, temperature, level, pressure transmitters & switches etc, I/P & Pressure gauges calibration. Carry out Troubleshooting, repairing and calibration of control valves, ON/OFF Valves, Dampers and Motor Operated Valves. Carry out maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments such as pH meter, conductivity meter, Oxygen analyzer and Sox, Nox Analyzers. Experience in Bently-Nevada 3500 VMS in Steam Turbines. Knowledge in AutoCAD, MsOffice, PLC, DCS and SCADA Systems. Knowledge about Permit to Work system Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities like Cold and Hot loopchecking & Functionality checking of all field instruments. Review and interpretation of P&ID, Loop Drawings, I/O Database, Cableschedule, Instruments cabling and Termination list. Supervise instrumentation works such as cable laying, Instruments Hookup and terminations of cables in junction box. Inspection and Testing of Power, Instrumentation and Optical fiber cables laid from field to JB/Control Room Panels as per the Approved procedures. Attending MOM meeting with clients and coordinating them with site activities. Accountable for formulating project plans and schedules, ensuring the timely achievement of project deliverables within defined timelines. Oversee efficient contract administration and promote transparent communication among all involved parties in the project. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation. Adhere to construction safety measures and ensure compliance at the project site. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors. Bachelor degree preferred

Minimum of 6 years' experience, preferably in managing projects related to industrial & commercial building
