Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage boiler retrofit works with a manpower size of 120-150 workers. Oversee construction and maintenance activities within an operational waste-to-energy plant. Perform maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment. Liaise with the client and prepare daily schedules and progress reports. Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations and site workforce effectively. Perform any other duties as requested by the reporting person.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum

5 years

of experience in a waste-to-energy plant. Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work with construction and maintenance workers on-site.

Required Certifications:

Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) Manage Work at Height Supervisor Work in Confined Space * Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (DRIMP)
