Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design

Collaborate with sales and clients to finalize security system designs, develop project plans, and coordinate contractors and materials.

System Installation & Integration

Supervise installations, integrate systems, and perform testing to ensure proper functionality.

Technical Support & Client Training

Resolve technical issues, assist handover to operations, and train clients on system use.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project records, including designs, installation details, and reports.

Compliance, Safety & Quality

Ensure systems meet regulations and standards, implement safety protocols, and perform quality checks.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to monitor progress and manage resources.
