Job Description

:

Responsible for the preparation, review, and execution of BMS/ELV project deliverables, including control drawings, system architecture, and point schedules. Conduct system design review, engineering coordination, and integration planning for ACMV and other subsystems (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks). Perform software configuration, control logic programming, and graphics development for SCADA/HMI systems (PcVue or equivalent). Manage testing and commissioning activities for field equipment and ensure full functionality through the BMS network. Provide technical support to site teams, subcontractors, and clients in resolving equipment or control issues. Assist in tendering and estimation works -- analyze specifications, drawings, and BOQs; prepare technical and commercial submissions. Liaise with suppliers and consultants on material submissions, technical clarifications, and compliance documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, Green Mark, and QA/QC requirements. Support project handover and post-handover technical maintenance activities. All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Minimum 10 years' experience in BMS/IBMS system design, testing & commissioning, and maintenance Familiar with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, Qbus, and SCADA platforms (e.g., PcVue, Paltool). Skilled in technical troubleshooting, control logic programming, system integration, and tender evaluation. Certification in ABB Building Automation, Schneider Design & Estimation and WSH Supervision preferred. Strong communication skills, capable of preparing technical documentation independently. * Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong teamwork and client coordination abilities.
