Job Responsibility

Required to do up the product specification for customers. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. Liaise with consultants/contractors and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors or customers. Maintain coordination with customers regarding technical matters and developments. Liaise with the contractors to monitor and update the testing program and work schedule. Liaise with the various project teams, internal and external parties, to ensure that all required resources are promptly made available Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plans, scheduling changes, and recommending actions. Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Preferably with knowledge in

HVAC Controls & Instrumentation for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Industry

or equivalent. 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage. Possess good communication skills * Able to work in a team as well as independently.
