Leading project planning sessions. Coordinating staff and internal resources. Managing project progress and adapt work as required. Ensuring projects meet deadlines. Managing relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders. Overseeing all project documentation. In-charge of design, submission and review of drawings and documentation. Designing risk mitigation plan / method of statements. * Conducting project review and creating detailed reports.
