Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Managing MOC of up to US$1MM, complying with CSOC requirements, from Phase 2 through Phase 5.
• Managing engineering work and if required liaison with consulting companies (EPC).
• Providing safety review, quality review, schedule and cost estimation of project
• Managing procurement of equipment.
• Providing evaluation of contractors, preparing bid and requisition documents
• Managing off-site fabrication activities, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
• Managing construction work at site ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Conducting IIR investigations and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Leading and providing technical support and direction to the contractors in accordance with Chevron Engineering Specifications and Singapore Standards
• Use of Project Management Software (KMS), SAP, MS Projects, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in managing projects in petrochemical industries
• Able to work well in a team and takes initiative in engaging cross functional teams in resolving plant issues
• Possesses good communication skills and drive for continuous improvement
