Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute solar system projects from design to completion. Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments. Prepare engineering drawings, project specifications, and documentation. Oversee installation works, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular reports to management. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend corrective actions. Ensure adherence to quality standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements. Provide technical support during testing, commissioning, and handover phases.

Requirements

Posess Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering, or equivalent. Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in site construction, preferable in slar system projects. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel to project sites when required.
