Job Requirements

Certificate in Autodesk Revit MEP Essential Modelling Course Experience managing in MOH (nursing home project) / MOE (school project) is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel/Words) Able to speak and write English. Ability to work independently and within timeframe Self-discipline, good analytical skills, meticulous with an eye for details Good knowledge on workplace safety Intermediate knowledge of Autocad / BIM

Duties

Prepare various reports for management and project manager Supervising and managing workers under your charge Attend meetings and generate report, Knowledge of Autocad / BIM. Interpret drawings and create/update BIM models Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric) Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follow BEP or requirement/instruction as stipulated Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification is required Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
