Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project activities (in MOH or MOE projects )
• Support in preparing and updating BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Assist in interpreting drawings and preparing M&E/electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
• Support in producing BIM documentation with proper title blocks for submission
• Assist in creating or modifying BIM object families under supervision
• Help to maintain records of BIM/drawing versions and ensure documentation follows project requirements
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing electrical system installations during the construction phase
• Support in developing project plans, including task scheduling and resource allocation
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and clarify project or design requirements
• Monitor project progress and assist in cost control and reporting activities
• Support communication and coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Attend coordination meetings and follow up with team members for details or clarifications
• Provide assistance to the BIM Coordinator, Project Engineer, or M&E Manager in day-to-day project operations
