  • Work closely with the EPCM Contractor on the project to track and resolve issues which require client
  • Coordinate the activities of the appointed EPCM company in alignment with the project schedule and budget
  • Coordinate regular and ad-hoc meetings with the various stakeholders within and outside of client to ensure:
  • All project issues are tracked and managed and history of all decisions and actions are recorded accurately and clearly for future reference
  • Alignment on issues is agreed with different stakeholders within client
  • Decisions are made in a timely manner which aligns to the project schedule
  • Communication is done with the relevant stakeholders when any project work will impact them
  • Review and approve drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, and datasheets in project
  • Package Lead for the Clean Utilities / Black Utilities / Process equipment systems
  • Perform new equipment FAT / SAT / inspections in project
  • Support management of remediation activities
Qualifications:
  • Degree in engineering (M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent with preference for Process Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years\' experience. 3 years hands on field experience for clean or black utility systems and
3 years\' experience in lead role * Role requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in starting up CU systems as stated above
  • Must have done Pharma contribution projects either as part of the client side team or EPCM in large-scale Pharma projects
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Able to manage multiple parties and coordination
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with high computer literacy
  • Knowledge in NC/CAPA/Change Control, engineering documentation, drawing or records management
  • Experience in managing contractors and vendors
  • Fluent in English
