Duties and responsibilities

1?Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments, drawings, and other related documentation for submission.


2?Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.


3?Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.


4?Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.


5?Assist in project scheduling, cost control, and procurement coordination.


6?Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports, and other related documentation required by LTA, QPs (Qualified Persons) or the main contractor.


7?Provide technical preparations and liaise with PEs (Professional Engineers) for the design, calculation, and endorsement of on-site temporary structures and facilities (e.g., TBM cradle, temporary steel supports).


8?Plan, monitor, and track on-site progress, manpower mobilization, and the deployment of equipment and materials.


9?Provide overall engineering supervision for site operation to ensure compliance with related regulations or specifications.


10?Attend regular meetings or discussions organized by LTA or main contractor.


11?Liaise with authorities, consultants, and other parties.


12?Coordinate various subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work runs smoothly.


13. Possess good knowledge of engineering standards


14. Must be able to do 12 hours shift work.
