Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
Proficient in basic AutoCAD software.
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Able to handle construction projects with commitment.
Good communication and written skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
