Office Location : Tai Seng
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 830am to 6pm | Saturday 830am to 12pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000!! + Performance related pay + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:
Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications Check site installation whether it is in accordance to design and standards Check and prepare for discrepancies of drawings to be highlighted to consultant Oversee the projects and follow the terms and conditions of contracts. Ensure compliance to contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Candidate has at least 2 years of relevant working experiences that possess Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering and M&E or equivalent Knowledgeable in basic Autocad software Has positive attitude and sense of responsibilities Able to handle construction projects with commitment on work Good in communication and written abilities Required skill : Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the clients

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
