Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing A&A or building projects.
Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, schedules, and progress reports.
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality, progress, and adherence to design.
Provide technical support on civil, structural, and architectural matters.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, variation orders, and procurement requirements.
Liaise with regulatory authorities as required for approvals or inspections.
Support health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
1-5 years' experience in A&A, building, or renovation projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Understanding of construction processes, structural and architectural design.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize site requirements.
