Our client develops and manufactures innovative RFFE filtering solutions for mobile devices and fast-growing business segments, such as IoT, drones, robotics, automotive applications and more. Currently, they are looking for 12-Months Contract Project Engineer to join their teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Gas and Chemical System (Bulk Gas, Inert & Hazardous Gas, chemical and chemical wastes), Life Safety System for project.

• To prepare and raise RFQ, technical clarification with contractors or vendors, and to raise Purchase Request until follow up the final PO released to proceed project.
• Evaluate and review system operation/design to reduce cost and improve system reliability.
• Feasibilities Studies and Technical Review for Projects
• Project Specification Preparation
• Project Execution
• Project Buy-Off and ensure good documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) of facilities system.

• Manufacturing Support

• Plan and execute Facilities POU Readiness for Equipment hookup.
• Support in Equipment hookup and gas and chemical turn on.
• Work with Equipment, Process Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, EHS, etc. on operation issue/expansion projects/improvement projects/etc.

• Responsible for Gas and chemical system training:

• Develop project/Hook up training material, conduct training.

• Manage Project and Hook up work
• Contractors\' management during construction and decommissioning of gas and chemical system
• To design and perform capacity calculation on the gas and chemical system
• To generate gas/chemical system setup procedure and hookup procedures
• To perform contractor supervision for night and weekends work

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable in Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years in similar capacity and working experience in related field.
• Technical: Chemical CDS supply system, special waste management, Bulk Gas, Inert Gas, Hazardous Gas, VMB, VMP, Life Safety System, etc.
• Management: Project management, facilities capacity management, improvement projects management, etc.
• Others: Aspect impact, FMEA, SDS, Risk Assessment, Control Plan.
• Able to interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for compliance with various internal & regulatory procedures.
• Able to perform reinstatement work after office hours on weekdays and on weekend/ Public Holiday (on a rotational basis).
