Job Responsibilities * Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Client * Has responsibil Job Responsibilities Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Client Has responsibility for day to day contact and communication with the Client and focuses on providing client satisfaction Possesses knowledge of Oil & Gas design and Engineering in the Offshore industry, especially FPSOs Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities Management of internal and external project interfaces Responsible for delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress Support to Management of Change process on the project including development of discreet schedules and budgets Support to identification and management of Risk on the project including development of mitigation measures to remove and or control residual risk Job Requirements Undergraduate Degree in Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience Experience in coordinating and focal point for Mechanical Equipment procurement including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings and liaison with Mechanical package engineers and Client engineers Experience with Oil & Gas engineering company doing Onshore and Offshore projects Knowledge of multi discipline execution of Offshore projects Knowledge of 3D CAD, other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE and Navisworks Knowledge of Digital delivery of projects is preferred Experience and knowledge of procurement, topsides/module fabrication is preferred
