Plan, manage, and monitor the progress of plumbing and sanitary projects, ensuring completion within time, cost, and quality specifications.
Review and approve designs for plumbing and sanitary systems, ensuring compliance with HDB specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure project milestones are met and quality is maintained.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and technical requirements.
Provide accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and track expenditures to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
Prepare method statements, work procedures, and keep detailed records of all work completed, including any deviations from initial plans.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HDB guidelines, local authorities, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works, with at least 1 year of experience in HDB projects.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems, HDB construction guidelines, and local regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
