Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Communicate and apply entry permit / permit to work for site personnel into pharmaceutical site.
- Co-ordinate the daily site work activities for effective work flow.
- Exercise all care in handling, storage and preservation of incoming materials so as to prevent damages or deterioration pending use.
- Identify defects and non-conforming materials and ensure corrective actions are taken timely.
- Provide site support and updates to the project team.
- Ensure safe work procedure are implemented in the course of work.
- Preparation of EOT, progress claim, variation order and final accounts.
- Preparation of sub-contracts and assess / evaluate and recommend sub-contractors / suppliers for tender awards.
- Degree in Facilities Management or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Pharmaceutical Plant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
