Associates Management
Recruitment - sourcing of candidates & arranging for interviews
On boarding / Off boarding
Conduct performance review
Execute associates\' engagement, retention and welfare activities
Respond and manage associates\' queries
Client Management
Support in development and execution of client business plan
Relationship building with key stakeholders
Operations Management
Operational point of contact
Manage manpower planning and deployment of associates
Monitor and ensure delivery of services to scope
Manage out of scope requests, situations and escalations
On-site presence (schedule / unscheduled) as and when appropriate
Facilitate instant and accurate exchange and transfer of information with clientsand associates
Attend to clients\' queries / issues that may arise and drive optimum solutions
Contingency relieving on-site associates as and when required
Assist to identify improvement and enhancement of current work processes,policies and plans, etc.
Assist in computation of payroll and tabulating statistics management reports.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in human resources or business-related field or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of relevant work experiences
Experience in Payroll Administration: Demonstrated experience in administering payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, managing payroll databases, calculating wages, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Strong communication skills ideally gained in a high-volume environment
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and pressure
Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines
