Are you a Project Manager with a track record of delivering construction projects in either government or private sector environments? Are you looking to showcase your experience working for an International firm which will give you more exposure to colleagues and clients from different backgrounds and styles of working?We are now seeing some exciting initiatives and unique RFPs in the market and looking to build out a team of Project executives for major construction projects in Singapore. As a Project Manager with the team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a broad range of projects. Your local experience and comprehensive understanding of Singaporean authority processes are essential to ensuring project success.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage major construction projects including interior fit out, from inception to completion

• Navigate local Singapore authority processes with ease, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout

• Utilize your regional experience, particularly if based in Singapore, to contribute valuable insights and solutions

• Oversee design management aspects of projects, collaborating closely with construction, design, and engineering teams

• Maintain solid document control and project administration practices to uphold project integrity and efficiency

• Demonstrate expertise in HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) site management, site coordination, and site design coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing major construction projects, preferably in both government and private sector contexts

• Background in construction, design, or engineering disciplines

• Strong familiarity with local Singapore authority processes and regulations

• Proficiency in document control and project administration

• Demonstrated expertise in HSEQ site management and coordination
