Job Details:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm
- Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements at customer sites.
- Oversee a team of professionals throughout all project phases from development to completion.
- Oversee daily project operations, logistics arrangements, and customer arrangements.
- Manage and coordinate project sites effectively.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes, and status reports.
- Candidates who have 1-3 years of project management experience are highly advantageous.
- Ability to communicate well and work well with various stakeholders.
