The Challenges:
- To facilitate discussion and product selections between the design consultants, contractors & vendors to synchronize procurement, installation and commissioning of Furniture & Equipment within the various stages of construction.
- Co-ordinate user requirements between workgroups and the consultants, attend all meetings and discussions, and documenting all procedures and actions taken for planning and implementation.
- Responsible for mock-up trials, drawings and plans to ensure functionality and adherence to users 'requirements during construction phase and provide support for testing and commissioning for eventual handover and operationalising of the facility
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Candidate with experiences in coordination of FM will also be an added advantage
- Full-Time position(s) available.
