We are looking for dynamic individuals to fill the following position:

Project Executive/Coordinator (Salary negotiable , depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with clientele on design, product & set up requirements throughout the entire project execution.\xe2\x80\xa2 Brief and follow up with designers for design & production specifications. If necessary, to directly liaise with in-house production department on specific requirements.\xe2\x80\xa2 Check and ensure produced items match all setup or delivery needs.\xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of delivery orders for setup/deliveries.\xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with other executives for scheduling & managing setup/delivery datelines.\xe2\x80\xa2 Briefing of installers / delivery personnel on execution specifications.\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports detailing project execution specifications (material, dimensions etc) for manager to proceed with invoicing.

Requirement:

• Required Skills: Microsoft Office\xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English and Mandarin\xe2\x80\xa2 Exhibit teamwork and exceptional self-motivation in a fast pace environment\xe2\x80\xa2 Effective time management and communication skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Show responsibility and ability to multitask\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in client handling\xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred to have at least 1-year experience in related field
