Job Description

Join DB&B as a Project Executive and take charge of overseeing the seamless execution and delivery of projects. You will be the key liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met while coordinating internal teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of interior design and construction processes.

Responsibilities:

Interface with clients to manage a smooth and successful delivery of a project. Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan, and visuals, prepare project schedule and/or quotes to clients. Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and inspections. Co-ordinate with internal staff including Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Construction Leaders etc. Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings while working with Construction Leaders to ensure high quality standard work of subcontractors and on time delivery of materials according to schedule. Committed to uphold all work processes and documentation including project correspondences, weekly progress reports etc and the chairing of site meetings with clients. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director or management.

Job Requirements:

Min 2 years of experience in project management Recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent field. Ability to interpret architectural plans and familiarity with building and safety regulations. Excellent project management, presentation, leadership, and people management skills. Highly self-motivated with a positive working attitude, professionalism, and integrity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
