What you'll be doing

Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events Ideating and conceptualising events based on client's brief Stakeholder management Preparation, co-ordination and dissemination of various periodic reports and presentation materials Assisting in management of project timeline and budget Conduct post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)

Who we are looking for

At least 1 year of relevant agency experience Curious and have a keen interest in the MICE industry Resilient and able to perform under pressure Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Works well in a team and has great initiatives Independent learner Meticulous and has an eye for detail
