Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in project management, coordination, budget control & handling of necessary submissions to relevant authorities/ landlords etc. Ability to understand auto cad, layout plans, with some knowledge of construction/installation methods. Knowledge in carpentry and construction details. Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule. Attend site meetings and inspections with suppliers and subcontractors. Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets, and delivery schedule. Updating and report on project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule. Work closely with team, clients, and contractors to ensure project handover on timely.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Project Management/ Construction Management or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior renovations / construction fields.


Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline. Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. * Possess good problem-solving skills.
