• Woodland Industrial Park [ Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm ]

Kallang [ Monday-Friday [9am - 6pm] * Attractive Salary Package

• Project Executive / Manager ( 6 Months contract , renewable) [Woodlands ]

:

• Conduct project site inspection.
• Coordinating and overseeing team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring that each member is contributing effectively to project progress
• Support the directors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality

Requirement:

• Able to coordinate with designers and Main Con on site and meetings
• Have 3 - 4years experience in carpentry works
• Able to do basic quotation, with guidance on price

2.Project Executive [ Kallang ]Requirements:

• Diploma in any industry

Jobs Scope:

• Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using AutoCAD
• To do colour scheme confirmation
• To tick off quantity of layouts
• Placing order for projects
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
• Attend site and coordination meeting
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks
