Singapore, SingaporeCompany: Singtel GroupSingtel x Singapore Institute of Technology have embarked on a Work-Study Programme (WSP) launched in Feb 2023. The WSP is called \xe2\x80\x9cThe Catalyst Programme\xe2\x80\x9d which is a structured on-the-job (OJT) development WSP that allows Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in BEng Infrastructure and Systems Engineering. This programme is open to Singtel\'s internal employees as well as external polytechnic diploma holders preferably from the Engineering domain. • Work closely with Engineering team to support technical evaluation for data centre regional expansion plans, including and not limited to liaising with external partners on technical queries/matters, onboarding and managing external consultants and acting as the key liaison between consultants and internal stakeholders

• Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to support identification and evaluation of data centre technology solutions; contributing to the development of technology partner ecosystem alongside the development of data centre\'s sustainability strategy, key initiatives and reporting

• Support, coordinate and work closely with Product & Operations teams on to trial data centre technology POCs

• Assist with the identification of relevant grants/funding programmes, and work with relevant units to help with the application for these grants

• Assist with collation of latest news and updates in the digital infrastructure industry and research on data centre players and various markets

Skills for Success

• A completed diploma in Business or Finance
• Good communication skill
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
