Project Executive (office Furniture & Construction Firm)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare project budget and breakdown of quantity (BOQ)
- Plan and implement project logistics for storage and transport of complex or heavy cargo
- Coordinate and manage various project\'s execution from costing all the way to completion
- Administrative support for project management processes
- Responsible for continuous improvement activities and strategies
- Conduct quality checks to ensure supplier\'s fabrication is done according to designs
- Ensure the team is compliance to Workplace Safety & Health requirements
- Monitor work progress on site
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Diploma in Construction Management or any relevant field
- At least 1 year of working experience in Interior construction or Corporate setting environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous, independent and a team player
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
