About the job Project Executive (Offshore)Responsibilities
- Manage all logistics and documentation for project shipments
- Ensure timely and accurate transportation per Project Managers guidelines
- Handle shipping documents and comply with international trade regulations
- Coordinate with carriers and service providers for efficient and safe shipment
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Address and resolve issues like delays or damages promptly
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Travel as required to meet clients or oversee global operations.
- 2 years experience as Operations Executive role or similar
- Experienced in managing full cycle logistics for projects
