Our diverse workforce of 13,000 has delivered large-scale, mission-critical, and multi-platform projects for governments and enterprises in Singapore and the APAC region.As a Project Executive (Engineering), you will be responsible in supporting systems management and operations activities in implementing of large-scale IT/ Engineering projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer\'s requirements.What will you do?

• Manage contracts to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Monitor system health and provide regular performance reports.
• Track and manage system security to meet security policies and standards.
• Provide technical and operational support across multiple sites.
• Manage and implement O/S, software, and firmware patching.
• Support Review and implement change requests with minimal disruption to operations.
• Support physical intrusion detection systems for security monitoring.
• Assisting in managing obsolescence by tracking system components and sourcing replacements.
• Support the annual audit of spare assets and ensure availability of critical components.
• Assist in procurement activities related to system upgrades and maintenance contracts.
• Provide technical advice and respond to customer and stakeholder queries.
• Review and update operations and maintenance manuals.
• Support system audits to ensure compliance with regulations and contracts.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system management, operations support, or a related role.
• Knowledge of system health monitoring tools, security tracking, and patch management.
• Experience with physical intrusion detection systems and contract management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and vendors in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
