PROJECT EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE) The Group is now looking for a qualified, experienced and proactive team player to support its rapid growth and expansion plans and activities:- Support the Group's investments, asset management and space conversion strategies through market research and use of business analytics tools and skills End-to-end coordination of investment transactions and activities Monitor and ensure occupancy targets are met JOB FUNCTIONS Conduct market research and maintain database with a view to support the Group's expansion efforts and identify potential investment opportunities Portfolio analysis including analysis of asset plans, management reports and business plans End-to-end coordination with external consultants and internal departments on the Group's asset deal transactions including research, deal evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence, negotiation, execution and presenting appropriate recommendations Oversee of the Group's assets development and improvements projects to maximise capital appreciation Monitor and manage the Group's tenancy activities, obligations and schedule to ensure occupancy targets are met Prepare routine and ad hoc management reports/presentations REQUIREMENTS Degree in Real Estate or related fields preferred 3 years' experience in real estate investment and management Strong quantitative and analytical skills Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint.
