Contract administration;
Ensure design quality and authority compliance;
Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal;
Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification;
Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor;
Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue;
Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact;
Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal;
Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project.
Qualifications:
A recognized degree; Masters or Bachelor in Architecture;
Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in a dynamic and challenging environment;
