Responsibilities
- To liaise with school leaders on the project brief for project works
- To work closely with the MA team, consultant team, school leaders on infrastructure improvement works carried out in schools
- To manage infrastructure project works, keeping tabs on project timeline and monitoring of contractor performance
- To verify works carried out by contractor in accordance to contractual requirements, and recommendation to release payment to contractors
- Preparing of final BQs and submission of claims to clients.
- Project updates to end users
- Preparation and submission of VO items and claims to clients for approval.
- To prepare tender specifications for ITT/ITQ, preparation of tender site briefing for contractors
- To evaluate tender submission, price and quality method, 2 systems envelope ecommendation of award to our clients.
Requirements
- Diploma in Project Management/M&E Engineering/Interior Design/Building Construction with 3 yrs of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in autocad will be an advantage
